Latin American Cultural Workshop in Istanbul, Gökcan College
Within the organization of cultural seminar-workshop ” One Latin American Day in Gökcan College with the co-operation of CIOFF® Youth Turkey, Mrs.Laura Lopez Latin American and Carebbean Sector Representative of CIOFF® Youth from Colombia, Mr.Alec Marecos, Secretary General of CIOFF® Youth from Paraguay and Mrs. Clara Florentin Member of CIOFF® Youth Paraguay have presented their traditional games, traditional dances and ICH elements of their countries to the students of Gökcan College in Istanbul. During the workshop they played traditional games and they performed their dances all together with the students. In the workshop with the participation of 200 students between the 10-14 years old, children had a great time while they were learning the cultures of Colombia and Paraguay. Students showed a great interest about the cultures of Colombia and Paraguay.
